Message from the President:

Thank you for your interest in the Phi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi, the premier co-ed professional business fraternity at the University of Michigan.

As the President for 2011, I am thoroughly excited to have the opportunity to lead Ann Arbor’s chapter of the nation’s largest and oldest professional business fraternity.  Our chapter is comprised of over 90 members, all with a variety of experiences, accomplishments and career interests.  As a fraternity, this uniquely positions us to learn from highly-motivated, knowledgeable individuals.

The most unique aspect of our chapter is the mutual respect and participation of our members, from seniors to freshmen to our alumni network.  The spirit of brotherhood allows our members to focus on continually furthering the personal and professional development of themselves and others so that we all may become better business leaders.

Each semester we invite a select number of students to pledge Alpha Kappa Psi at the University of Michigan.  We welcome students interested in business, regardless of his/her major, to participate in our rush process and gain a better understanding of the goals and ideals of Alpha Kappa Psi.  I encourage you to begin leaning more about us by exploring our website and to reach out to any of our members to decide if Alpha Kappa Psi is right for you.

Personally, I cannot envision my undergraduate experience without Alpha Kappa Psi; if you’re looking for a learning experience unparalleled to others surrounded by the most ambitious people on campus, then Alpha Kappa Psi is looking for you.
